Job Description
As a Help Desk Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues. You will communicate through phone, email, and internal ticket systems, providing clear, professional, and friendly support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and internal ticket system
- Troubleshoot and diagnose proprietary software and hardware issues
- Resolve ethernet, Wi-Fi, and GPRS communication problems
- Walk customers through company portals and assist with technical inquiries
- Communicate clearly in written correspondence (email, tickets), with correct grammar and spelling
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and escalate issues when needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
- Maintain a professional demeanor with both customers and colleagues
