  • Country refers to: United States of America.

  • Service refers to the Website and the Application, collectively.

Third-Party Tools We Use

To operate and improve the Service, We use the following third-party tools, which may process Usage Data and, in limited cases, Personal Data:
  • Google Tag Manager — a tag-management system used to deploy the tools listed below in a consent-gated manner.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — website analytics (traffic, page views, engagement).
  • Google Ads — advertising conversion tracking for campaigns We run.
  • Hotjar — session replay and heatmaps to understand on-site usability (loads only after You accept the Analytics category; We configure input masking on form fields where available).
  • Zoho PageSense — A/B testing, heatmaps, and session recording to understand on-site behavior (loads only after You accept the Analytics category).
  • Zoho SalesIQ — live chat widget. If You use the chat, Your conversation may be stored by Zoho on Our behalf and, depending on how the widget is configured, the chat session may be viewable to Our support staff. Please avoid sharing sensitive information (passwords, financial account numbers, government ID numbers) in chat.
  • Google Maps — embedded maps on certain pages, loaded from Google’s servers.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To manage Your Account, where applicable.
  • For the performance of a contract, including any contract with Us through the Service.
  • To contact You by email, telephone, SMS, or other electronic communication regarding updates or informative communications related to the Service, when necessary or with Your consent where required by law.
  • To provide You with news, special offers and general information about goods, services and events, unless You have opted out.
  • To manage and respond to Your requests (including consultation and chat requests).
  • For business transfers, as described below.
  • For other purposes such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and evaluating and improving Our Service, products, marketing and Your experience — carried out through the analytics tools described above.

Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK/Switzerland Visitors)

We do not sell Your Personal Data for money. As described in the “Your U.S. State Privacy Rights” section below, the use of advertising cookies (such as Google Ads) may constitute a “share” of Personal Data under the CCPA/CPRA, and You have the right to opt out of it.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements. Usage Data collected by analytics tools is generally retained per the retention windows of the relevant tool (see the Cookie Table above), except where longer retention is required by law.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, including the United States, where Our third-party service providers operate. The Company takes reasonable steps to ensure Your data is treated securely.

  • Limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information, to the extent We process any (We do not intentionally collect Sensitive Personal Information through this Website).
  • Non-discrimination — We will not discriminate against You for exercising any of these rights.

Children’s Privacy
