Experience Levels:
● Junior: 1 – 3 years
● Medium: 3 – 5 years
● Senior: 5 – 10 years
● Master: More than 10 years

Responsibilities:
● Coordinate and lead cross-discipline teams, manage client relationships, and interact with product managers and
organizational units.
● Define project objectives, scope, schedule, estimations, resources, and risks.
● Work with the core team to define OKRs, address critical path issues, and prepare a risk management plan.
● Develop, track, and analyze program key performance indicators, providing detailed status updates.
● Manage PMO department reporting dashboards, allocate tasks, and lead teams to execute objectives.
● Mentor team members, facilitate meetings, and organize meeting minutes.
● Establish common goals across multiple teams, drive cross-functional project teams, and create/maintain project
documentation.
● Exposure to new product development and/or fuel and fleet integration industry environment.
● Translation of UI/UX design wireframes and templates to current requirements.

● Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
● Mentorship mentality with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
● Strong communication skills to interact with Agile team members (SCRUM + Kanban).
● Detail-oriented and eager to learn new skills and tools.
● Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
● SCRUM Certified with prior project management experience.
● 5+ years of related software industry experience.
● 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft technologies such as .NET Framework, Azure, SQL Server, MVC .Net, JavaScript, Bootstrap,
Razor, jQuery, C#, HTML, CSS, Restful web services, and APIs.
● Experience with embedded systems and software development lifecycles.
● Expertise in software architecture, planning, testing process, and continuous integration/deployment on Azure cloud services.
● Backend experience with version control (Git, CVS, TFS, SVN) and CI/CD fundamentals.
● Integration experience (MVC Web .Net, C#, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Razor, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, Web Services, Restful APIs, SQL,
SCRUM, Kanban, Git, TFS).

Bonus Skills:
● Master’s/University’s degree in Project Management / PMP certification: focal point in software development.
● Cloud development experience with Azure.
● Upper intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
● Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
