Senior Monitoring Center Supervisor/Agent

As a Senior Monitoring Center Supervisor/Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the monitoring center, ensuring that all monitoring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of monitoring agents, support and mentor them, and ensure the timely and accurate detection and response to alarms and incidents.
