- Define and execute marketing strategy across channels (SEO (Search Engine Optimization), email, social, events, paid media)
- Build and maintain KPI (Key Performance Indicator) dashboards; report performance and insights to leadership
- Align marketing priorities with Sales, Product, and Support to drive qualified demand
- Lead planning cadence, timelines, and delivery quality across internal teams and partners
- Oversee CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and email automation flows (segmentation, follow-ups, campaigns)
- Step into hands-on execution when needed (โ20โ30%) to ensure results and continuity
๐Requirements
- 4+ years in marketing project management or similar roles
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing (tech/software preferred)
- Strong analytics and reporting capability (GA (Google Analytics), SEMrush, CRM (Customer Relationship Management))
- Advanced English (C1 (Advanced) or higher), written and spoken
- Strong ownership, ability to lead priorities, and work in a remote environment

- Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) / software marketing and fast-paced tech environments
- B2B (business-to-business) demand generation experience (lead lifecycle, MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) โ SQL (Sales Qualified Lead), pipeline impact)
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and account segmentation strategies
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and email workflows (nurtures, sequences, segmentation)
- Strong understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data hygiene, attribution, and reporting
- Experience managing external agencies/vendors (SEO (Search Engine Optimization), paid media, design/content)
- Basic knowledge of website performance and conversion optimization (landing pages, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), A/B testing)
